This treatment offers a 3 hour rejuvenation experience that includes a head and foot massage, full body ayurvedic oil massage, steam treatment, and a bath in personalized medicinal plant waters. Clients can elect to do 1 day or 3 day treatments. Treatments of 3 days offered at Posada Natura offer the client an opportunity to stay at the retreat center and engage in other nourishing activities and therapies.
